Should I take Goli® Gummies with food?

You can take Goli® Gummies with or without food, although, for best absorption we recommend taking with food.

Can I take ALL Goli® Gummies every day?

Some products may be taken daily. Goli ACV, Ashwa, Superfruits and Supergreen Gummies are all complementary to one another and may be included in your daily routine. For specific combinations of products, please reach out to us for further support!

Are Goli® Gummies gluten-free?

Yes! We are proud to say that all Goli® Gummies are made in an allergen-free facility and are gluten-free.

Is there any gelatin in Goli® Gummies?

No! Unlike other gummies on the market, Goli® Gummies do NOT contain gelatin, which is an animal by-product. Instead, Goli® Gummies are made with pectin, a fiber found in fruit peels.

Are Goli® Gummies vegan?

Is there sugar in Goli® ACV Gummies?

Each gummy is sweetened with 2g of organic cane sugar and unlike other gummies on the market, Goli® ACV Gummies do NOT contain artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols or high fructose corn syrup.

Are Goli® ACV Gummies made with the mother?

Our team selected a top-quality Apple Cider Vinegar powder for our product, made with real apple cider vinegar that contains the mother at time of manufacturing.

Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes.

How much is shipping? Or is shipping free to all countries?

We offer free shipping on all subscription orders and US domestic orders over $20.

Shipping for US domestic orders under $20 is $4.95.
Shipping for orders to Canada under $20 is $7 and orders over $20 is $10.
Shipping for International orders is $15.

Can I track my package?

We will send a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way and it will include a tracking link to track your package.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once shipped, USA shipments can take 3-5 business days and worldwide shipments can take up to 15-20 business days. Due to the current situation, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.

What is your return policy?

We think that you're going to love our products but in case you don't, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on both opened and unopened bottles. Please contact our support team at hello@goli.com within 30 days of your received order for instructions. Our customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to send back returning product.

How do I modify my subscription?

You can modify your subscription in your Customer Portal. You may access your Customer Portal in two ways:

Clicking the unique Customer Portal link sent to you in your Subscription Activation email or Logging into your customer account.

Once you are in the Customer Portal, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu to make any modifications.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can edit, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time, but if you want this change to take effect before your next shipment leaves, you need to let us know within 24 hours before your next shipment is sent by logging in to your account page.

Do you have a brand ambassador program?

What method of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all of the main credit cards—Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept PayPal.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes! We use an encryption service to process your payment. Your credit card information is hidden from us and we do not store your credit card information. We use Shopify Payments secure encryption service to process all payments.

What if I want to cancel my order after I already placed?

What is Installments by AfterPay?

Installments by AfterPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. Currently only available to US, CA, GB, NZ, AU customers.

How do I use Installments by AfterPay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by AfterPay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with AfterPay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Currently only available to US, CA, GB, NZ, AU customers.
